The RM052-01 skull edition, already a rare Richard Mille masterpiece, becomes exceptionally elusive encased in a blue NTPT carbon shell. Among the 10 pieces exclusively released by Richard Mille, this edition stands as an incredibly scarce treasure in the market.
Crafted in a tonneau shape, the RM052-01 case boasts dimensions of 50 x 42mm, with a thickness of 16.15mm. Its titanium case band is complemented by an NTPT blue carbon bezel and a transparent case back. The dial showcases a meticulously hand-sculpted skull made of grade 5 titanium, with the upper and lower jaws embracing the ruby of the tourbillon cage. The assembly of dial and case employs 20 spline screws in grade 5 titanium and abrasion-resistant washers in 316L stainless steel. The strategic openings in the bezel and case back not only reduce weight but also contribute to its distinct skull design.
This limited-edition timepiece is driven by the manually wound RM052 caliber featuring a tourbillon movement, offering a power reserve of 48 hours. Completing the ensemble is a white rubber bracelet secured with a titanium double fold-over clasp. With a water resistance of 50 meters (164 feet), this extraordinary creation stands as a testament to Richard Mille's unparalleled artistry and innovation.
