The down payment for items purchased through our layaway scheme is non-refundable. This applies to all cases of item cancellation, return, or failure to complete the payment before the agreed-upon plan day. This convenient payment option is only available for boutique orders. The duration of the layaway plan depends on the order value. For orders between 10,000 and 50,000 AED, you have 60 days to complete the payment. For orders totaling 50,000 AED and above, the duration is 90 days.
